Excellent Customer Service
Order a couple of cat cave baskets. Unfortunately when they arrived, 1 was split at the base and broken off. Was surprised at the hours they were available to contact (think it was 10pm they were open to). Spoke to someone, asked for pictures. Confirmed by following morning that a replacement was being sent out. Whole process took only 3 days from problem to replacement arriving on my doorstep. They love it!
My two love this den!
It’s full of fluffy blankets and I have to shut it in the day or they’d be in there all day too!
One is under the blankets hiding :-)
And it’s smart in my office too.
